Expo Pre-Party Helps Food Bank with Organics and Features Vegetarian Tasting Menu & Buffet by Popular Sedona Chefs and Chocolatiers, Entertainment, Raffles & More
SEDONA, AZ — Pure Living Expo and Sedona Monthly Magazine have created a super fun opportunity for the community to come out and support the work of the Sedona Community Food Bank. At a time when more and more people understand the value of organic foods, fresh produce and gluten free living, Pure Living Expo and Sedona Monthly Magazine feel the moment is ripe to assist Sedona Community Food Bank in garnering more of these types of foods for its constituents. Vibrancy Quest is the Official Pre-Party for Pure Living Expo, and the Sedona Food Bank will receive proceeds from the event, for the purpose of enhancing their Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten Free food and Fresh Produce offerings.
Garden of Delights: A Pure Living Expo Pre-Party & Food Bank Fundraiser, takes place Saturday, June 27 at Agave of Sedona, 1146 W. SR 89A, Sedona, AZ, and is brought to you by Sedona Monthly Magazine, Agave of Sedona, Talk of the Town Events, and produced by Pure Living Expo & Conference™. The entire mission of the Pure Living Expo is to help people in all walks of life achieve greater vibrancy, health and wellness, to become empowered through knowledge of the latest scientific, nutritional and medical information. Pre-party partners at Agave of Sedona have donated the space, and Talk of the Town Events are decorating the event pro-bono. Sedona Monthly Magazine is promoting and co-producing the event.
Party goers will enjoy a delicious, hearty organic, non-gmo vegetarian meal with gluten free, raw and vegan options. A sumptuous buffet will be prepared by Chocolatree Restaurant, and a variety of Tapas will be served by local Sedona chefs including Chef Walter Paulson / Rene´at Tlaquepaque, Chef Jennifer Jackson / Natural Spice, and Chef Jen Marie / Chocolatree, accompanied by an organic wine tasting. Managing the Kitchen is Sedona Rouge’s own Chef Ron Moler.
Dessert will be augmented by a delicious assortment of local artisan chocolates from Lulu’s Chocolates and Sedona Chocolate Superfoods. Live entertainment with world famous harpist Peter Sterling, Native flautist Nova, pianist Sterling Raven, and eclectic musician Julian Forest will enliven the lovely environs of Agave of Sedona. Tickets for the evening are available at PureLivingEvents.com for $65 or $485 per table. Proceeds support the Sedona Food bank, a 501(c)3 non-profit, in providing more organic, non-gmo and guten free foods to the community.
In 2014, the Sedona Community Food Bank provided 204,555 pounds of food to needy families; and also in 2014, the Food Bank was also able to send food to other food banks South of Sedona. Nothing is ever wasted. The Food Bank is operated by over 40 volunteers. The Sedona Community Food Bank is a community-supported 501(c)3 organization that provides food to people in need in Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek, Page Springs, and Cornville.
